All services are governed by mutually agreed contracts, proposals, or Statements of Work (SOWs).

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and systems developed by Enseur remain the intellectual property of Enseur unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted usage rights as per contract.

  • Fees are governed by signed agreements
  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension
  • Any additional scope beyond agreed deliverables will be charged on a pro-rata basis
